Pilates is a form of exercise which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. One of the best things about the Pilates method is that it works so well for a wide range of people.
High Intensity Interval Training
Bump up the intensity in your workout with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). High-intensity interval training (HIIT, a form of cardiovascular exercise, is an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.
Simple and athletic training movements performed in non-stop intervals will challenge your strength and stamina with BodyBlast. Class includes 45 minutes of hi-intensity cardio plus abs and stretching at the end. All levels invited.
