After 25 years as an entrepreneur opening many successful companies around the country, I finally found my true passion, fitness training.
Curious by nature I set upon a quest to find out what really makes our bodies function, leading me to some very profound discoveries that ran counter to much of what is taught in mainstream fitness. Fitness training was even more exciting than any of my past start-up companies and I've been learning from everyone from Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, Neurologists, doctors and other trainers. This ongoing curiosity has lead a new fitness book that will be completed this year that will help change the way we view fitness in this modern world.

A gradate from Coach U University, a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), and a HKC graduate (Hard style Kettlebell Instructor) from Dragon Door Kettelbells.
Many of my clients are post Physical Therapy patients where I go to their physical therapy appointments to learn the details of their injury and how I can best help them recover and regain their quality of life. I also see many clients suffering from knee, back and hip pain that need a specialized fitness programs to help regain their posture, muscular strength to prevent further injury.
