Our flexible plan includes a freeze time option for placing a membership on hold. All freeze time must be recorded in advance. Freeze time may be recorded in person, call 505.984.8727, or send an email to contact@santafespa.info. Freeze time must be at least 5 consecutive days (5 day minimum) and may be as long as the membership maximum allows in the table above.

  • All freeze time must be accumulated before the original membership expiration date (within the original membership term).

  • Freeze time cannot overlap over the original expiration date.

  • All accumulated freeze time is added to the end of the "original" membership expiration date.

  • Once "original" membership has expired and all accumulated freeze time has been added, no additional freeze days are available.

  • It is the sole responsibility of the member to record freeze time in advance.

  • No retroactive freeze time will be allowed regardless of individual circumstances.
