Liz has been involved in the health and fitness industry since the late 70’s. Her programs are designed based on specific assessments of each individual's postural, lifestyle and health needs, time and energy constraints, as well as fitness goals. Emphasis is placed on achieving a higher level of overall wellbeing while striving to attain ease of movement, postural improvement, decrease in pain, and perfection in execution of all exercises and stretches.
